WHAT ARE THE FACILITIES ON SITE?

Portaloos will be accessible throughout the site and serviced at regular intervals. Water taps can be found on site and waste facilities for your own toilets can be found on site as well.


WHAT CAN I CAMP IN?

Everyone is welcome, including vans, caravans, tents and motor homes. Awnings are welcome too. Hook-ups are only available in the electric hook-up areas and you must require a hook up pitch to access eclectic hook up. For extremely large live in vehicles please drop us a message.


WHAT IS MY CAMPSITE PITCH LIKE?

It’s a festival field, you will not be given a size of a pitch, just pick a spot and pitch up. Please leave access roads clear and respect taped off areas.


FOOD & DRINK

We’ll have a fantastic range of street food available throughout the festival, from stone baked pizzas to Fish and Chips. We will have a wide range of food traders to choose from throughout the weekend. As always we will have an onsite bar with a great choice of lagers, wines and ales to choose from. Campers may bring their own food and drink into the campsite, but not into the main arena. Day visitors are not allowed to bring any form of drink on site. Please note this is a glass free event, please avoid buying glass where possible and do not bring it into the festival.


CAN I BRING MY OWN DRINK INTO THE MAIN ARENA?

Weekend ticket holders only: Due to new regulations and guidelines for 2021 for our licence, we are allowing personal drinks within the main arena fence line, this means a couple cans per person. No crates. We do however have a fantastic range of bars on site at reasonable prices.

Day visitors: You can not bring your own drink.

We know this is a change to previous years, and we apologise in advance for any disappointment caused.

Strictly, no underage drinking.


PARKING

As always there will be free on-site parking for non campers next to your pitch and a designated area for day visitors to park, please note this is not inside the festival and your vehicle can not be left overnight. A disabled parking area will also be available.


SECURITY

The site is under 24 hour security and CCTV will be in operation throughout the event.


ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

Yes! We even have a dog show on both days!

Saturday: 10am – Midnight

Sunday: 10am – 5pm

Friday Access: From 10am onwards PLEASE DO NOT COME EALIER

(Arrival before 9pm at night)

Saturday and Sunday Access: From 9am (Arrival before 9pm)

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

No refund policy on all ticket types, in the event that we need to cancel all tickets will be transferred to a new date.


ARE WE ALLOWED FIRES AND BBQ’S?

No open fires, fire pits are allowed but please make sure it is contained and under control at all times. Strictly no disposable BBQs as they are such a fire hazard and damage the grass.


WHAT TIME CAN WE PLAY MUSIC TILL?

Please be respectful of other campers, no noise after 12pm at your campsite and 10pm in the family area, we do have a silent disco if you wish to listen to music after midnight.
